Netgear Firewall Keyword Ad blocking

I have a netgear router which allows keyword blocking. I found a website that lists the domain names of just about all the known advertising domians, but the only problem is that the config page for my router only lets me input one domain keyword at a time, which would take me FOREVER. does anyone know if the netgear routers keep some sort of text file with these domain names on it that i could just edit in notepad?

If you don't need to do this on a lot of machines, I have a simpler solution for you.. you map those domains to 127.0.0.1 in your hosts file on your machine. In Window you'll find the file in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
In Linux its in /etc/hosts

As you can see all the ad domains are mapped to 127.0.0.1, anytime an ad tries to come through, it gets directed to localhost and dies. Note also the mapping of the firewall.cx IP.. mapping the IPs of sites you use regularly will speed up your accessing them as you skip the DNS query process.

As another alternative, you can get a personal firewall such as zonealarm.. it can block all ads and has various options such as allowing you to view the ad if you mouse-over it etc.
