cant access paypal website

My country has been banned from accessing paypal account due to abuse of trust, some of us that have good intentions now cant have access to paypal. but a friend living in UK told me that I can still have a way around getting a pay pal account. in observation ?

Sose what i am so sure of is that Nigeria has been banned from Paypal but accessing it am not sure such is banned.

Bringing it back to the technical aspect can IP's trafficking to Paypal site from Nigeria be totally Banned. If yes what if the NOC is in UK. How do they Detect this?

sose, you could try a filtering bypass service (or web proxy) with SSL. For example www.beatfiltering.com .

Your IP will look totally different to paypal. Unless off-course they've blocked the web proxy IP too.

Sose they are the Network Operations Center who receive signals directly from satellite and give out to LNOC (local NOC's) then LNOC give out to clients like me and you, cafes, organizations, etc.

beat filtering has alot of spyware related em ad's. might be harmful to novices.
