I have an issue.
I can telnet mail.mydomain.com 25 using root access in linux. However, I unable to telnet mail.mydomain.com 25 using support account. Is it a firewall settings issue? I guess so but I don't know how to config so that support user can able to telnet. I am using apf (Advanced Policy Firewall) firewall.
Please guide/help me.
