Netscreen/MRTG

Hi,

Im fairly new to MRTG, I am trying to get MRTG to produce traffic stats for the redundant (logical) inferfaces on our NS 500.

When polling the device using MRTG its only picking the physical inferfaces and not the logical interfaces. I need the traffic stats from the logical interfaces.

Can anyone help, or has anyone else had a similar problem.

You have a lot of templates available here to play with your appliance.

Still didnt help, Get the appropriate OID for your interface and you can monitor it thru MRTG. You may also use a SNMP Walker to find the correct OID for the virtual interface. Put that cryptic number in your config and you are through
