Network Sniffer

Hi Guys,

Do you have any ideas on software that may used for Sniffing my LAN 24/7, reside in either Linux or Windows? and also that can provide graphical reporting. I want to have a choice for this tools, I am currently using Wireshark.

Microsoft Network Monitor is also a good one.

Any more ideas? Like open-source? Also I want to have a report like Top 10 talkers for the day or week.. etc.. I think there are some, but also I want to know what are you are mos preferred using.
