Site2Site allowing access only to an Ftp server.

Hi all, I'm new to this forum and also the Cisco ASA devices. I have a question about a Cisco ASA 5510. My question is how can I setup a site2site with NAT'd addresses on both sides that will only allow the remote peer access to 1 Ftp server in our dmz? I know this may be simple, but it's all new to me at this point. I must add that I"m going to be using the gui because it's going to be templated for one other person to utilize in the future. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
