I need someone to help test the effectiveness of the proto-type firewall enabled network that has been built and provide us with an outline of the process.

While we expect such person not to be successful in accessing, however, the success will be seen as a lesson to be learnt from for further amendments.

The details are:

Firewall mode: Transparent

Test Router WAN IP address: 77.220.14.165

Subnet: 255.255.255.248

GW: 77.220.14.161 (not Oando’s domain)

Level 1 Password: oando

Level 2 Password: oando-on



Test LAN (computer) IP address: 10.10.10.194 (the only computer on the network)

Subnet: 255.255.255.0

GW: 10.10.10.193 (router LAN IP)



Other devices behind the firewall:

VPN device (IP address): 77.220.14.162



Note: connected LAN computer has unlimited access to the internet with IP address NATTED.

Unfortunetely, i haven't started in the PenTesting team yet. I got promoted to Technical Team Leader and am busy making some changes to the services/support to improve them. Once this little task is done (a few months yet), i have been told i can do 2 days per week in the PenTesting team with the main Pen Tester mentoring me, cannot wait
