ACL Placement/NAT oder

I remember someone asking if an ACL or a NAT translation occurs first; however, I am unable to find it. I wanted to ask a similar question.

Hi,

When the packet hits the firewall it checks for the ACL then Routing and in the last it will do the NAT.

ACL -> Routing -> NAT.
