when i typed
ciscoasa(config)# sh flash:
Initializing disk0: cache, please wait...Failed.

No files on device

Little stumped myself (which isn't hard saying i haven't played with ASA yet).

I noticed in your last post you are in config mode, is the ASA booting up with the old image still ?

No it’s not booting from the old image but after the tftp upload the file I’m appall to boot to asa, if I reload I’ll back to romoon mode!

Do you have SmartNet on this product ? It may be worth contacting Cisco TAC if you have incase there is something wrong with the appliance.
