" failover active " comm Primary-Standby or Standb

I have read these two articles from two different resources

To force a unit to be the active unit, use the " failover active " command on the Primary-Standby unit, or the " no failover active " command on the Secondary-Active unit.

Isn't failove command issued on a Standby PIX, whether a Standby PIX is primary or secondary ? because in the first article it says : "Primary-Standby"

Its irrelevant of the Primary/Secondary, that command is just used for failing over.

If you run the "Failover Active" command on the Standby unit, it will switch it to Active. If you run the no version of the command on the Active unit, it will switch it to Standby.
