help configuring Kerio winroute firewall please

How are you going?
i am using Kerio winroute firewall. before i use to use ISA 2004 whih i feel is getting out of control sometimes and blocking things i have allowed.
Howevre, now kerio seems to block the famous yahoo and msn messengers. how to ensure their success passing through despite the full alllow access permission on the firewall kerio server.

also on kerio how cn i block or open ports?

guys , i figured out how to allow yahoo messenger and MSN messenger to pass through the kerio firewall (I am using kerio winroute 6.1) by setting the following :

1- yahoo menssenger: i set the yahoo connection tab setting to "No network detection" and it worked afterward.

2- MSN messenger: i left the default settings in the connection tab.

Now i need an answer for this: How to block them for certain users or groups.


please help. i am in a hurry. i got to deploy the firewall very soon.
