There's a utility called pscp which comes with the popular PuTTY SSH client which is quite good

Another program from the
Putty
suite which could be useful is PSftp. It allows full interactive access for file transfers as in FTP. PScp, which the Bishop mentioned, is excellent for one-off file transfers and is suitable for use in batch files. Excellent graphical SFTP clients which I use regularly are
WinSCP
and
Filezilla
. What are you using for your SFTP server? One possibility is
OpenSSH for Windows
. This gives you a straightforward Windows installer, although if you want the most recent OpenSSH versions, you will need to mess around with cygwin.
