IPCop and Net-to-Net VPN

The problem is solved.
It was fully my mistake inside of the network 192.168.100.0.
Server, which was actually also an internal gateway (Windows 2000 server with routing and remore access enabled) had wrong IP configuration on one of it's network cards.
As soon as I fixed it, everything started working fine, both networks are visible.
After, I installed Copfilter on both machines, and it also works fine together.
Anyway, thank you for your answers.
