Unfortunately I'll have to wait to test this out in a lab environment. Would the 2900 and E-7 even be receiving BPDU's from vlan 1300? From what I understand, when Cisco PVST hits an 802.1q trunk from another vendor, the Enterasys switch will only understand the instance on vlan 1. This link explains this:
