Hello,
I work in a company that has this flat poor lan design as shown
below :

I want to redesign it, i want to create subnets for each department in the company:
the depts are : Marketing,Computing,Workers
I have 2 Public IP addresses 3 DSL-routers and a lof of switches
and i have a web server and FTP server that must be available to the
public, I also use windows 2000 AD I have a domain name.
The whole must have access to the internet.
I want just to see your suggestions how to make it better, Thanks for your help.
