This company that we maintain their network has a CISCO 506E - and they hosed it! We are trying to reset it back to it's default state, so we may reprogram it, but it won't budge! Using hyper terminal - we can receive the console but not write to it. Is there a way to wipe it out - I know on other CISCO routers its fairly easy to do, but we can't find any information on it. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
