Having problem with belkin router

Having problem with belkin router was created by netmaster
I have a belkin f5d7630 uk router , and it is getting hot often, and i need to power down and wait for some time and then start again, Some time the power will not come up !!!!. Is this usual with belkin .....Can any one help me.

This model has a metal underside, try to keep it off a heat sensitive surface. I know that this model also does seem to run pretty hot compared to many other units.
I'd take it back to the supplier and get it swapped. If you run off a google search, i think you will find alot more people having the same problem. For example...

I'm sorry to hear that my friend. Have you tried downloading the latest firmware for the device? It sounds like a design fault, which Belkin need to address.
