can we get back our domain name?

let say i have a domain = myweb.com
i buy it from 1 company..
i fee it for 1 year...
before the expired date, suddenly the company that i fee the domain close..i cannot get contact from the company..
is it any way to get the domain again?

i can't contact to the 3rd party company anymore..
so who should i contact to renew this domain?

Check on the whois database who is mentioned as the technical contact for that domain. If it is not an email that you control, you can't transfer the domain directly and your only chance is to issue a domain dispute. I believe this must be done with contact with your TLD authority (verisign for .com). But firstly expand any chances you have on contacting your registrar company since domain disputes can prove lengthy or even costy! Try issuing a transfer anyway and your registrar may "wake up" and contact you :)

Anyway these are sad issues caused by irresponsible companies and I've seen plenty, in my experience I recommend that you always change your domain's whois information to yours and pick a well-known registrar company, if it's possible avoid resellers!

PS. Doesn't your registrar provide you w/ a web administration panel that you can change your settings for your domains?`

the registrant is the 3rd party company...
i have billing contact status only...
but the registrant email is my own email..
how to solve this?

if i get back my domain, i want to point it to new hosting company..
can u give some suggestion witch company is better?
unlimited sub-domain,ftp and mysql and around 100Mb hosting is enaugh...and the important thing is the services is good.
