How does an ISP work and how si it configured?

I dont have much to say other then...yeah, what he said!!
For what it's worth I am ramping up to add ISP to my product list, hopefull this will go in affect next year at this time, I'm in the process of getting all HW/SW and upstream providers in line now. So I'll report back on the headache!!
