We have a DS3 failing a ping test only when using alt 1's and 0's. Our customer has a CISCO router and we are dropping off the ds3 from an ADTRAN OPTI 3. The OPTI 3 is part of an oc3 ring with a FUJI FLASHWAVE 4300 product in the basement. The oc3 is off an oc12 fed by a FUJI FLASHWAVE 4500 cross wired over to a TITAN 6500.
