Hi All,
I'm sure this is the right forum for such so please move it if it's not.
Can anyone recommend a PBX solution (ideally for a call center) of about 400 users please?
Either using internet as transport (Voip) or any leased line.
Any responses would be appreciated.
much thanks
Sky

For call centers I've typically used Interactive Intelligence. It is a great system for call centers. The phone system plugs into active directory has it's OWN dialer system (not a 3rd party add-on) for outbound. You can also program or add your own code into the system (gui based programming you'll have to see it it hard to describe) and easily pull or insert data via SQL server.
You can easily make custom "screens" via http and java for your call center agents that easily transition then through calls and automatically adds data into sql to help "disposition" calls.

Bublitz,
Interactive Intelligence looks pretty impressive. I really liked their agent demo - wish Cisco develops tools like that for CallManager Express sometime soon!
