I am struggling with a packet tracer problem I am having, I have an assignment from the CCNA Discovery set. I cant get my frame-relay router to communicate with other routers, I want to have the frame relay route top be the preferred route, not my ISP route, I want it to be secondary. I get communication by pinging from end-to-end accept across the frame-relay route. I must be doing something wrong but I cant find it.

I checked the file. For the frame relay switch, you have to create a new cloud and configure frame relay switching on it. I don't think you can use a router as a frame relay switch in packet tracer, although this is possible in the real world!!. Have a look at the example labs here:
