Hi,
At the top of the graph you see the CPU Usage.
At the bottom you see how long ago it occured from the time you issued the cammond.
So the graph shows the router had a CPU spike at 63% 46 hours before you issued the command.
But as stated by JamieP there are better way to monitor CPU.

How to interpret cisco CPU usage history for 72 hours? I am confused. Please help me as i would like to know the "*" symbol )high cpu utilization time and date (possibly).
