Hi,
The answer is in the question...
In my opinion dynamic link aggregation is safer but can't be used with all devices.
With dynamic link aggregation, the switches negotiate with each other before forming an aggragate link, a link goes into the aggragate only if the remote side is also part of the aggregate.
With static link aggregation, you force the links to be part of an aggregate even if the remote side is not an aggregate. This can lead to nework issues like loops.
