Exchange IP NAT

Actually we don't have a critical problem here, we laready have local DNS with exchange's local IP as MX record, but I just wanted to know why natted IP won't work inside!

I think the only way to solve this (I can't try it here) is to create a reverse lookup zone for that public IP in the local dns
