Thanx, i have packet tracer 5.1 too, so i think i'll just use the ACLs.

To solve your problem and score points for this task , go to router ospf configuration mode, and enter command passive-interface followed by interface or vlan. This will prevent router from forming adjacency on this link, or drop it immediately if adjacency already exist.
