DHCP management tool For Cisco switches

Hello,

I want to ask whether Cisco provide DHCP management tool for Cisco switches? I found one (Ipanto) but it is 3rd party software ; not from Cisco.

Cisco makes many enterprise tools and 3rd party partner tools are just as good, sometimes better. What are you looking to accomplish with the tool?

Before this we are using windows 2000 server to distribute ip to all the users. Windows 2000 actually provide a very nice graphical user interface to monitor & manage users ip.

Nowadays i'm experimenting to use distribution switch(Cisco3560) as my DHCP server. The configuration looks something like this ::


ip dhcp pool 123
network 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0
default-router 192.168.0.254
dns-server 192.168.1.1


Problem with distribution switches to use as DHCP server is hard to manage & monitor. If possible, i would like to use any tools to manage & monitor all the users ip from distribution switches.
