Sender4u,

Welcome to Firewall.cx

Try adding the following two commands in global configuration mode and see if it makes a difference:

icmp permit any inside
icmp permit any outside

hi Chris Partsenidis,

I have tried what you mentioned, but still no luck..

can’t ping the outside interface from inside interface, packet tracer coming up the problem in inside (incoming ) access list, however I have permitted any to any.

Also when I try to access the internet from the computer connected to the inside interface following is the syslog.

Portmap translation creation failed for udp src inside 192.168.0.252/64185 dst management: xx.xx.82.242

Please could you help?

Thanks.
