dear friends l3 switch help needed

i have a layer 3 switch 3750 which is vlan capable i need to create a 5 vlan and i need all systems in the different vlan sholud communicate

i have a sonic wall firewall to in tha my internet conection terminates

my vlan should pass through thw firewall and it should reach internet

my vlan

vlan 1
10.97.1.0 network

vlan2
10.97.2.0 network

vlan3
10.97.3.0 network

vlan4
10.97.4.0 network

vlan 5
10.97.5.0 network

firewall ethernet port 192.168.1.100

please give me the excat configuration commands

please note that this should be done in an cisco l3 switch
