PPP Protocol Development From Scratch

I am engineering student wanted to develop PPP Protocol From Scratch for my final year project.

I request any of one here to help regarding how to go about or just give me pdf/doc that explains a bit for development.

There some terminology and background info involved around PPP. I'm not sure what your level is. May be one way to start is to read here:

Let me just be clear, You want to develop PPP itself from scratch, or you want to develop some thing using PPP from scratch?
