hi,
If i have two WAN links (each 2mbps link), Is it possible to aggragate those two link into one logical links(so that i will get it 4mbps link).

Yes, that is possible.
I'm not 100% sure, but I believe you have to use the port channeling for this.

There are many ways to do this, one is with an IMUX appliance such as quickEagle's DL3800 which provides a single hand-off to the router, secondly a cisco router with multiple WIC cards.
