QOS implementation of cisco 2600 series router

Hi all,

I want to implement QOS on cisco 2600 router based on IP for outgoing traffic for example:

I have 4 Mpbs lease line and have 4 public IP
x.x.x1
x.x.x.2
x.x.x.3
x.x.x.4

for x.x.x.x.1 I want to put the restriction of 1 Mbps
for x.x.x.x.2 it should be minimum 1 Mbps and Maximum 2 Mbps

Humm... You said you have several outside IPs; what are they used for? How is the traffic going to be used? Does certain types of traffic get routed to a different IP?
