Yes, both OSPF and EIGRP choose the higher bandwidth link.
No, (although I'm not experienced in this) but what I know is that OSPF can NOT do unequal cost load balancing. EIGRP can do it. Using the "variance" command.
OSPF can do only equal cost load balancing. So if you change that link to a 10GBps on the low bandwidth path. it will load balance between the two paths.

Yes, both OSPF and EIGRP choose the higher bandwidth link.
If not mistaken, OSPF also will do the load balancing between the link. So is it possible both link will be choose to transfer the data?
