the problem is not the interface. It doesn't work also with the interface name.

I have changed the VPN's pool from 192.168.3.0/24 to 172.16.0.0/12 and now it ok: i can add the route BUT...
In Dialin properties of the account (windows 2003 server) i have add the statica route: 192.168.1.0/24 metric 1 but:
1)i can't specify gateway
2)static route are not send to client...

Now it work.
From a remote client i can ping the server in office. But i can connect it using HHTP........???

We have a similar situation at our office.
We have solved this one using PAT for the traffic.
The beauty is you can create virtual ip's.. why not get some class B subnet ip's?
