I cannot tell you what is wrong without looking at your config. I can only suggest you look at:
1. the isakmp phase (same key must be used if using preshare key.
2. the IPSec phase (same transform method)
3. Look at the ACL. The ACL must permit the peers to communicate with each other. It must also allow the subnetworks behind the peers to talk to each other, if they need to communicate).
