hi,

1) I am having a PUBLIC IP address i want to share my internet to my Local network. How to do....
2) so i don't have nay router...
3) ISP Provide just given a small device and he told me that it is just a device to transform data from our end to u r end..
5) but i want to share my inter net to my network.

PLz give me some suggestions.

The best way to do this would be to purchase a small ADSL/Cable router which will have built in NAT and DHCP features. If you decide you do not want to go down this route you can set up Internet connection sharing i presume you are using windows. Below is a link that should explain everything you need to know for ICS.

You could also consider ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) on your windows XP machine (assuming you're running XP).

This will make your XP computer your 'router'.

CONS of this story, your XP machine needs to be powered if other users would like to use your internet.

A little info about your current network would ofcourse make things more easier to consider your options.
