Try cleaning the connections? Cisco says it isn't the fact that there are errors, there could be, but how fast they are incrementing?

Try cleaning the connections? Cisco says it isn't the fact that there are errors, there could be, but how fast they are incrementing?

In fact, that problem is resolved now. I enabled cdp protocol on that switches and after I cleaned interfaces problem with collision doesn't appeared again.
