hello guys i had this encounter with radyne comstream internet terminal when my clients called me they said it was not browsing and then i tried some trouble shooting tips which in anycase i should be done today. people whats ur suggestion anyone encountered such problem.
MAIN PROBLEM.
on the terminal there is a light in red that reads fault which is suppose to go off when the terminal has finished rebooting. but it does not go off. it still remains on.
pls will be waiting for a tip.
