cisco 3560 cnfiguration was created by bfk98
hi all im new to vlans and would appreciate any help given.
my senario is i have multiple tagged vlans and one untagged vlan coming in on one connection to one port of my 3560.
what i wish to do is to split each vlan onto a separate subnet and pipe it out through another port.
this port is conneted to a server which understands these subnets.
it then passes the appropiate dhcp request back to the clients on the appropiate vlan?
how would i configure my 3560 to handle such a situation?
TIA

If i understand your question correctly, you would want to setup both ports as trunk ports(dot1q). The server would also have to support the dot1q.
