Added this from the old server to the new one that was lost due to the posting after the cutoff date:
I am working at a site where the users have a DSL connection and a cable modem connection. they want to put both of the on the network and utilize them as failover and load balancing circuits, and do it cheaply. Any ideas on appliances that can do this....

Apparently, the SMC 7004ABR Barricade has a failover option, but it is for dial up. But if you are looking for just emergency situations, this may work for you.

What you could do, if you have both, is to use the dialup for your failover until you can get in to the office and just connect the other modem (doesn't matter if it's cable or dsl - the router just sees it as ethernet).
Here is another from Hawking which does have 2 WAN ports:
