HELP! Designing

i was asked to design our company's network and set-up it.... pls help me in designing.. we have 3 main offices (La Union, Manila and Hongkong).. La Union is our main Office.. here in La Union we have Ovislink MU9000VPN Router, 1-Server with windows 2003 server, # hubs and 30 workstation... in Manila office- 1-Ovislink MU9000vpn Router and 8 workstation...... in Hongkong - 1 VPN Router (dont know the brand) and 5 workstation.. my 1st task is to connect La Union and Manila Office..

i need a design with best security, easy to manage and easy to install.

some considerations to think about in your design:

a) what kind of network infrastructure do you plan to implement?
- would it be like a LAN type between offices/branch(using VPN)?
- or shared resources over WAN?

b) what services would you consider running in your implementation? (web, ftp, email, etc.)

c) what kind of connectivity would you be having?
