problem with SSL extender

This is Prbhu. I am working as a system Admin in a software company. We are using SSL extender to connect remote machine.
When I am trying to connect remote machine through vpn , it is asking vpn user name and password. and it is asking windows username and password for proxy settings. After this normally it is getting connected. But now it is again asking vpn account username and password. The error shown is " unable to connect SSL extender gateway".

one more point is , In the same machine if I use another windows user name and password it is conneted.

I reset the password and tried ,till I unable to get it.

Can you please tell me the solution.

As i said in my Private Message, i have never come across what this is. I have just done a quick google and it is a SSL VPN technology from Checkpoint.

The issues you are having may be due to an Internet Explorer issue as per my Prive Message. There are a few basic things you can try and then i'm afraid i cannot really help any further;

1. Clear the Browsers cache
2. Ensure that the "Use HTTP 1.1 through a proxy server" is enabled in the advanced settings
3. Could try turning off all IE Plugins (although if its anything like the Cisco SSL VPN Client it will need Java)
4. Try reseting IE back to its defaults.

Have you checked to make sure that the VPN user account is not expired?
