Thats for the post, this does seem to be the case. As for the duplicate ACK's that are also happening, i beleive that this a qwerk with TCP/IP. Apparently it happens just after the TCP Windowing process has been started which causes this TCP Dup ACKs (not got to the bottom of why, it just does. Maybe when i'm not as busy i may read my TCP/IP book, or brick, lol, and get to the bottom of it a little more)
