VLAN - Access Control Lists

Post number 2!!

Looking for assistance with setting up VLAN's and access control lists, I have an internal VALN setup that prohibits external Internet access but allows local intranet access, now I need the opposite but unable to create suitable lists, I either have all blocked or none, any thoughts anyone or links to knowledgeable websites on the subject.

Best way to giving and restricting access for VLAN is through VLAN mapping and vlan filtering, Use it. where U can permit or deny Users.
