Try pasting only the hsrp config.
HSRP is easy men, the only things you must take care in the design is the hsrp interface priority, try setting the highest group priority in the active interface if you want it to be active, and for it to be always active when it returns again "online" or operative, confiure preempting.
anyway, It would be more helpful if you paste only the hsrp config, of course changin the ip address.
