basic configurations to a 3560 was created by little_me
could anyone help,
i configured a cisco 3560 for the most simplest basic commands
config t
inter vlan
ip adress 10.230.19.3 255.255.255.0
full duplex
speed 100
no shut
wr mem
I am missing something because when i plug it in another switch (diasy chain) all the led on that switch are all FLASHING, and the network is down. lol
should i specify default ip address, enable ip routing, no switchport????
please help...

If its not too much trouble, can you paste the whole configuration?

If those were the only configuration steps you did, then nothing that gets plugged into the new 3560 should be able to access the network, as the interfaces are most likely in a shutdown state. All you've done so far is given the vlan interface an ip address and enabled it (no shut). I'm pretty sure all the interfaces will be in shutdown by default.
As for the flashing lights on the other switch, you didn't mention what kind of switch it is or its config, so I can't say.
