PC Keeps timing out

They must be a problem with the network point,Coz I connected another pc to that point,there was also some timing out

it might probably be a physical layer problem. check your cables to see if there are "bad" ones that might be causing the time-outs up to the port of the switch or hub where connection is terminated. either it is a bad cable or a malfunctioning port.
