Blank popups?!!

I have a user that is running XP (home I believe) but that isn't the point the point is that IE doesn't allow popups.... I made sure there is no popup blocker--- the popups appear there is just NOTHING IN THEM.... Sound like a java problem? Help

so no one has any ideas huh? reinstalling internet explorer didn't work either...

Do the popups appear on certain sites only, or all the time?

happens on all sites... all the time, any site that is suppose to open another site gets just a blank popup screen. I completely reinstalled IE Big "S" So how else could I get rid of spyware (without nuking the whole OS) already done the whole spybot/ad aware garbage...

Tools > Internet options > [general tab] Settings > View Objects

Delete the ones that you don't need..
