Dear All,

I would just like your help my computer has 68.6GB space in C DRIVE. If you go to properties on the disk it says I have 61.4GB used. BUt if I select all files and folders in the directory including hidden files it only adds up to 22.2GB. There is around 30GB un accotable.

I already run the chkdisk but it doesnt resolve it.

Appreciate your help.

Thanks!

try doing them indivually. I.E. right click on the windows folder and check it, there is something that isn't right. highlighting everything doesn't give you an accurate count a lot of times. also make sure you aren't just showing hidden files, but you are showing system files. click on them one at a time and figure out where the issue is.

Thanks

Try downloading and installing this Free program, TreeSize. It tells how much disk space every directory is taking up.

You are including hidden files when you look but are you including system files as well? I wonder if the missing 30GB could be your swap file for example
