Problem in SBS 2003 Server.
Event ID : 4199
Source : TCP/IP
Description: The system (SBS 2003 Server) detected an address conflict for IP address 0.0.0.0 with the system having network hardware address xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx. Network operations on this system may be disrupted as a result.
I have checked all client machines MAC address, conflict address not matching to any client machines.

hi sujo,
did you recently add any network node or router to your network? you did say you have individually checked each and every client machine for ip and mac address. have you checked for the correspondance of IP against mac address as listed in your dhcp device? (what i mean to say is have you checked the IP to Mac mapping as listed in your network router which is assigning IP addresses based on dhcp? unless this is the case, check the same for any other device which is usign dhcp to assign the addresses.

DHCP service is running on SBS 2003 server. No other device is enabled with DHCP.

Whats the MAC address ? Each vendor has allocated a portion of the MAC address. You may find that armed with the company who owns that portion of the MAC address space you can easily identify whats taking the IP Address ?

Hi,
I also faced the same kind of Issue. At last I found that the Client and Server machines were infected with the Virus. This Virus create a duplicate Host enty / lease the duplicate IP address to the host system.
